At Cost Plus Gaming, we offer a 30-day return window on all electronics and gaming hardware to ensure you are completely satisfied with your setup. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box and place them inside a shipping carton with the RMA number clearly written on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Hardware Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our quality control facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
